att and Tracy Herman met as students at Missouri State University and got married after graduating in 2002. They were actively involved in Chi Alpha as students and after graduation spent one year on Chi Alpha staff at Missouri State University and one year at Georgetown University. They moved to Ithaca in August 2005 to become the directors of Cornell Chi Alpha. Their passion is helping students find their identity in Jesus Christ and become the people God created them to be.
